Each bed is equipped with light point and socket point and we recommend that you always carry an adapter!

Do the lockers have safes?
All beds, whether in dorms or private rooms, are equipped with personal lockers and laptop safes.
Do you provide a padlock for lockers?
Upon arrival we will provide you with a security lock for free, paying only a security deposit of € 2.00 that will be returned upon delivery. If you want to bring one from home, you can safely use yours.
Are the rooms equipped with lockers to store your personal belongings?

Do you have a laundry service?
Hostelò offers a laundry area equipped with coin-operated washing machine and dryer at a cost of € 5.00 with detergent included in the price.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Sheets and towels are always included in your booking regardless of your accommodation and at no extra cost.
Also you can comfortably travel light, we have already thought of soap and shampoo-shower for you at no extra cost!
Is it possible to have breakfast?
Every day from 08:30 to 10:30 you can enjoy the Hostelò buffet breakfast already included in your booking!
Is the guest kitchen available?
Hostelò is equipped with a professional kitchen and a Chef who takes care of the preparation of breakfast and evening Happy Hour already included in your reservation. The guest, therefore, cannot have access to it to safeguard their own protection.
My arrival is late in the evening. Until what time can I check in?
Don’t care if you arrive late in the evening! Hostelò is located in a building with concierge 24 hours a day.
In addition, our hotel is equipped with self check-in, thanks to the Webapp Hostelò you can access any time after check-in time.
Do you accept pets?
Hostelò is Pet Friendly!
Pets are welcome at no extra cost but only if you book a private room!
How can I make a group booking?

We are a group of friends and each of us booked a bed. Can we all stay in the same room?
The allocation of beds depends on the automatic system of our Webapp through which you too can view your bed number, but if you send us an email we will be happy to take note of your request and we will do our best to satisfy it!
I booked a bed in the dorm, could you assign me a high/low bed?
The assignment of beds takes place via the integrated automatic system of our Webapp thanks to which you will still be able to view the number of your bed. If you would like a particular accommodation, simply send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability!
Can I check-in before the scheduled time?
Our check is at 15:00 but if you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage at the reception and we will leave you an identification tag. You can stay at Hostelò Café to have a cold drink or a snack and access the outdoor terrace. In the meantime you want to choose something from our menu, we have already thought of a welcome drink for you!

Can I stay with you even if I am under 18?
Children under 16 years of age can stay in a hostel in private or shared rooms without being accompanied by an adult, with written permission from one of the parents or legal guardian. The authorization must be presented at check-in together with a copy of the identity document of one of the parents or legal guardian.
Alcoholic beverages will not be served during your stay.
